Product Information
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, images, and fitment information are accurate. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm compatibility with their vehicle before purchasing. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing an order.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. RORIWIPERS reserves the right to cancel and refund any order where a product is unavailable, discontinued, or affected by a pricing or listing error.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Shipping
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather events, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. RORIWIPERS is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to our Returns & Refunds policy.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
This guarantee does not apply to products that have been damaged through misuse, incorrect installation, modification, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
For change-of-mind returns or incorrect product selection, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, RORIWIPERS will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, including a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, RORIWIPERS will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
1-Year Warranty
All RORIWIPERS products are backed by a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
If your product develops a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, please contact us with your order details and photos of the issue. We will assess the claim and, where applicable, provide a replacement, repair, or refund.
This warranty does not cover:

Vehicle Fitment Assistance
While we are happy to provide fitment assistance, customers remain responsible for confirming vehicle details and product compatibility prior to purchase.
Installation
Our products are designed for straightforward installation and do not require professional assistance. Installation guides are provided where applicable.
Any modification, alteration, or tampering with a product may void eligibility for returns, refunds, or warranty claims.
RORIWIPERS is not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, misuse, or failure to follow provided instructions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RORIWIPERS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the purchase, installation, or use of our products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
Events Beyond Our Control
RORIWIPERS shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations where such delays or failures result from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transport disruptions, supplier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
