30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
This guarantee does not apply to products that have been damaged through misuse, incorrect installation, modification, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
For change-of-mind returns or incorrect product selection, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, RORIWIPERS will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, including a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, RORIWIPERS will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
1-Year Warranty
All RORIWIPERS products are backed by a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
If your product develops a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, please contact us with your order details and photos of the issue. We will assess the claim and, where applicable, provide a replacement, repair, or refund.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Environmental exposure
- Incorrect fitment
- Improper installation
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or neglect
- Product modifications or alterations
